As summer draws to a close, I find myself with more tomoatoes than I can handle. After some encouragement from Tonya Sue and my sis I decided that yes, "SO Cal" I am going to can. The great thing about this is that we can enjoy our wonderful fruits this winter. We ended up with 10 jars of lovely tomato delight. Borat might say "Success!" Can't wait for next year.
